GRAZIA launched in Russia
Moscow, 27 March 2007 - Publishing Company Independent Media Sanoma Magazines is launching a new magazine – its first glossy fashion weekly: GRAZIA. GRAZIA will be published in cooperation with the Italian publishing company ArnoldoMondadori Editore S.p.A.
On March 27, 2007 GRAZIA will be available on newsstands across Russia.
GRAZIA was originally launched in Italy in 1938. Owned by Italy’s market-leading publisher Mondadori, GRAZIA is rated the Number 1 weekly glossy in Italy and the United Kingdom. The Russian edition of GRAZIA will become the 7th international edition of the magazine. GRAZIA embodies the elegance and sophistication of a monthly glossy, delivered every week.GRAZIA brings the latest fashion news; real life stories; celebrity “straight-talk” interviews; must have beauty buys; tips from top stylists and fashion designers; fashion shoots with the hottest models and photographers; shopping guides; reports from the world’s most glamorous parties.
GRAZIA’s target reader is a successful 25-40 year old woman open to new experiences and not afraid to experiment. A monthly glossy is not enough for her, as it simply fails to catch up with her frantic life.
GRAZIA will be launched in a 225 x 295 format, with a circulation of 120,000 copies and retail price of 40 RUR (EUR 1,15). GRAZIA will be issued every Tuesday.
The launch of GRAZIA will be supported by an intensive advertising campaign, including TV, press, radio and outdoor advertising. The magazine will enjoy a strong point of sales support in Moscow, St. Petersburg and major regional cities. The campaign will also involve promotional activities and PR events.
